Question: How will the District notify the public if a data breach occurs?
Answer: Notice of a breach of information security will be provided to the individual whose restricted personal information has been acquired by an unauthorized person. This notification will be a written notice which will be sent to the last known home address for the individual. We would also like to note the following: The District does not maintain social security numbers in any of our systems. Driver’s license number of state identification card number issued instead of a driver’s license are kept in a paper based format…not digital–for high school parking permits and key sign-outs. The District does not maintain financial information in any of our systems as well. The District also carries liability insurance to protect the district and any individual who may be affected in the event of a data breach.

Question: When is a general renovation for the pool going to be considered?
Answer: Central Office staff met with Wade Associates on August 10th to do a walk-through evaluation of the Natatorium. We are currently awaiting the results of that visit. Once the report is received, the administration will deliver a presentation to the Board as to what the cost will be to renovate the Natatorium.
