This coming Friday, 10/30/20, the high school teachers, along with the School Wide Positive Behavior Program, are proud to announce Student Recognition Day. The student body has done a great job adapting to the changes this school year. While it has been challenging at times, you still strive to meet the SHORE Pride expectations.
To prepare for the Recognition Day students need to register for activities. You will find a link in your school email to sign-up for the various activities that day. There will even be a dunk tank during the outdoor activity rotation!
Please note that there are various time slots and groups are limited in size.
We are very grateful for all that you have done to support us this school year.

Congratulations to this week’s SHORE Pride Ticket drawing winners We’re proud to have you as students who meet and demonstrate to others our SHORE Pride expectations of safety, honesty, ownership, respect, and enthusiasm. Congratulations! Josie Gansell, John Morris, Makenzie Connor, Alex Cooper, Lydia Musington, and Ben Webb.

Attention varsity swim team members: there will be “open swim” workout sessions starting November 2nd after school from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at the high school pool. These “open swim” sessions will run for 3 weeks before the official start of the winter swimming season. All current varsity swim team members or anyone in the high school who is interested in joining the Jersey Shore swim team this year are encouraged to attend.
In order to attend the “open swim” students MUST sign up to register in Mr. Palumbo’s room (in room B15). You may sign up anytime between now and October 30th. If you do not sign up, you will not be able to attend the “open swims.” There are only 30 registration spots open for “open swim” this year so it’ll be on a first come, first served basis.
If you have any questions, please stop by Mr. Palumbo’s room.

You know what’s really scary? Not ghosts or goblins, not witches or warlocks.  What’s really scary is the price of yearbooks will be going up on Halloween!  Order yours now online at www.jostens.com for just $55.  After 10/31 price goes up to $60.

The 2020-21 Student Handbook has been emailed to all students.  Please check your email and complete the office form asking you to verify you have received the email and handbook.
