If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the following link below and review the JSASD Volunteer Forms – Overview.  Here you will find all the required documentation that needs submitted prior to volunteering.
 
 
I am also including a link and instructions to access the most up to date Policy No. 916.
 
 
  1. Click on the Policies tab.  Scroll down and click on “900 Community”.
  2. Scroll down and click on “916 Volunteers”.  This will show you the most current 916 Volunteers Policy Revised September 26, 2016.

JSAE PTO Volunteer Form

The JSAE PTO Volunteer Request Form is used by the JSAE PTO to seek out volunteers for grade parents or volunteers to help throughout the year with classroom parties or fundraising at JSAE.

Prior to volunteering Parents or Guradians must have their Volunteer Clearance Requirements and Volunteer Application packet completed and submitted in its entirety to the JSASD or the JSAE office (DO NOT SUBMIT THIS INFORMATION TO JSAE PTO).

JSAE cannot allow any Parents or Guardians volunteer in the school without having their Volunteer Clearance Requirements and Volunteer Applciation packet approved by the JSASD.
