On May 6, 2020, U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos issued new regulations regarding Title IX.  Those regulations take effect August 14, 2020.  

On this page you can find training information that was used to train internal staff on Title IX regulations which outlines the district Title IX obligation.

The district is working to update all policies impacted by the regulations.  Policies can be found on the Board Docs page.  On August 10, 2020, the Board of Directors approved a Title IX Interim motion at their regular meeting.  That motion is also attached on this page.
