Jersey Shore Area School District is involved in a cooperative effort with post-secondary schools, such as the Pennsylvania College of Technology, to provide a strong foundation in mathematics, science, communication and technical studies on the high school level that will provide a seamless transition to college courses in a related career and technical education program. Partnerships with post-secondary school, called “articulation agreements” provide a planned sequential program of studies that ultimately lead toward an associate degree. Students also experience technical content each year that is required in both a secondary and post-secondary program.
