Criteria:

Be a 2017 graduating senior residing in Lycoming County
Be attending a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four year school in PA (college, university or vocational tech school)

Application Process:

The winner will be selected by the Scholarship Selection committee based on an interview and essay
Submit an essay on the topic: “Should probable cause stand in the way of common sense?”
