Jersey Shore Area Senior High School Students and Staff Participate in "Pick Up PA"

On Friday, April 25th 50 Jersey Shore Area Senior High students and staff celebrated Earth Day by joining “Pick Up PA,” cleaning up local parks, trails, and public spaces, including the silver bridge, Phelps Mills canoe access area, Pine Creek Rail Trail, Veterans’ Park, the boat launch area, the gazebo park, and the community pool and park area with support from Susquehanna Greenway Partnership, Keep PA Beautiful, and PennDOT. Around 100 pounds of trash was collected and properly disposed of—great job helping keep our community clean!
