Assistant Superintendent Evaluation
According to Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, assistant superintendents must be evaluated via an annual performance review using objective performance standards. The Superintendent will post the date of the assessment and whether or not the Assistant Superintendent has met performance standards.
2025-2026 Performance Objectives
- District Goal 1– The district will use multiple measures of data (process, demographic, perception and learning) to improve teaching, learning, and to help the district fulfill its vision of student achievement.
- Assistant Superintendent Performance Objective 1 – The Assistant Superintendent will support data-driven K-12 MTSS implementation through completion of a district-wide MTSS Handbook.
- District Goal 2– Create a unified K-12 culture that encompasses a “Bulldog Nation” by focusing on community, teamwork and bulldog pride.
- Assistant Superintendent Performance Objective 2 – The Assistant Superintendent will foster teamwork by delineating clear roles for all involved in state testing. This will be communicated through the use of a chart that shows who is responsible for which tasks.
- District Goal 3– Enhance opportunities for students to prepare for their future.
- Assistant Superintendent Performance Objective 2 – The Assistant Superintendent will engage teachers in teaching and learning conversations through informal walk-through visits and written feedback of what was observed. These visits/feedback will be documented in a spreadsheet that includes the teacher’s name, the marking period, and the date the feedback was sent.
2024-2025
Dr. Laura Osenbach, Assistant Superintendent, was assessed by the Superintendent on May 28, 2025 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
2023-2024
Dr. Laura Osenbach, Assistant Superintendent, was assessed by the Superintendent on June 10, 2024 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
2022-2023
Dr. Laura Osenbach, Assistant Superintendent, was assessed by the Superintendent on June 25, 2023 and satisfactorily met all performance standards.
