If there are any questions or concerns involving some aspect of athletic program, the athlete/parent should first contact the appropriate coach. If there is no resolution, he or she may contact the Head Coach. If there is still no resolution, he or may contact the Director of Athletics. Please be sure to follow the appropriate chain of command in order to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise.

Meeting with a coach/administrator:

Set up a meeting with the coach/administrator (after making sure to follow above chain of command).
Be respectful during the meeting and effectively communicate your comment/concern/suggestion to the coach or administrator.
Remember that the emphasis should be on improving the quality of the sports experience for your student/athlete.
