The Mission of the Jersey Shore Area School Counselors is to support and inspire all students in developing their unique qualities and abilities to live, learn and work in a diverse and changing world.

Through a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program, students will have opportunities and experiences that address the three central student developmental areas: learning to live (personal/social), learning to learn (academic), and learning to work (career).
