Hello Jersey Shore Community,
We are almost at the end of the first marking period. Please take a moment to reflect on the great work that our students are doing daily. In addition to working hard in classrooms, we have already started 2022-2023 with several athletic accomplishments.
If you have a student who will graduate in the next 5 years, please review the Commonwealth University Guaranteed Admissions agreement – Read Here.
As we develop the school calendar for 2023-2024, please note that the district will be closed for election days starting in November of 2023. This was discussed at a public board meeting and reported in the paper. Please be aware that the Board of Directors and I did not make this decision. We are choosing to close the schools to be sure that we maintain student safety while school is in session.
You should receive communication soon regarding parent-teacher conferences in November. Please note that upcoming opportunity to meet and discuss your child’s progress.
All schools will dismiss 2 hours early on October 28th to end Marking Period 1.
