Season Greetings Jersey Shore Community,
There are many Holiday events coming in the next three weeks. Please pay attention to our website, Facebook page and school communications for information on the many seasonal events that will happen in our schools throughout this month.
With the hectic happenings of the Holiday Season, please reinforce with your child the importance of staying on top of their schoolwork. We will end the second marking period soon after returning from the Holiday break.
While we just started December, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas. I hope that the next few weeks are filled with Holiday cheer. As I sit in my office writing this, I am looking at a Holiday decoration that simply says “PEACE.” It struck me that one of my grandmother’s favorite Christmas Carols was “Let There be Peace on Earth.” This Christmas Season, I hope that this letter finds you happy, healthy and full of Peace.
Students will be dismissed 2 hours early on December 20th. Students will not have school on December 23rd through and including January 3rd. We will return from the break on Monday, January 6th.
